This Privacy Policy applies to the website (hereinafter, the "Site") and governs the processing of personal data carried out by E´SOR s.r.l. (hereinafter, the "Company") for the purpose of conducting the sale of products (hereinafter, the "Products") through the Site and, with the user's consent, for marketing purposes.


The Privacy Policy is also intended to inform individuals within the meaning of Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (hereinafter, the "Privacy Code"). The Privacy Policy specifies the identity of the data controller, the types of data collected, the purposes and methods of processing, the nature of the mandatory or optional provision of data, the scope of communication to third parties of the user's personal data, the security measures adopted to protect such data, as well as the user's rights and the methods by which such rights can be exercised.

The types of data collected and the purposes of processing


The personal data collected and processed by E´SOR s.r.l. include name, surname, address, telephone number, email address, tax code or VAT number, and any other optional information.


E´SOR s.r.l. collects and processes the personal data voluntarily provided by the user to carry out all activities related to the sale of Products through the Site and closely related activities (such as participation in initiatives offered on the site, customer support, request to E´SOR s.r.l. for information regarding the purchase of Products).


In accordance with Article 3 of the Privacy Code, the collection of personal data of users by E´SOR s.r.l. will only concern data strictly necessary for the conduct of sales activities and related activities.


Furthermore, with the prior, free and optional consent of the user, E´SOR s.r.l. may also process the user's personal data for marketing purposes, i.e. to send the user information about the Products via newsletter, information about E´SOR s.r.l. and events organized by E´SOR s.r.l. or in which E´SOR s.r.l. participates, information about E´SOR s.r.l. and events and similar initiatives organized by E´SOR s.r.l. or in which E´SOR s.r.l. participates, including any invitations to such events. The user will always have the opportunity to revoke their consent to receive the newsletter. The provision of personal data

This Privacy Policy is subject to updating by E´SORs.r.l.. The version published on the Site is the currently effective one.
